You can request a cancellation of the sale and a refund for purchases of dark matter made through OGame Life. For your refund request to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

• You must have made the purchase within 14 days of the transaction date;
• You must not have spent the dark matter you purchased;
• The dark matter should not have been credited to your account within 24 hours of the purchase being completed.

If all of the above conditions are met, we will refund your payment.
